Medicine, Management, and More: My Introduction

I’m Dr. Lance De Barry, an obstetrician & gynecologist in training with a special interest in gynecologic oncology and minimally invasive surgery. Alongside medicine, I’ve pursued an MBA in Health and Hospital Management, serve on several editorial boards, and contribute actively to medical research and publications.

Outside the hospital, I’m also involved in entrepreneurship — helping to build and grow businesses here in Trinidad & Tobago. Balancing medicine, research, management, and business has taught me one big lesson: persistence and resilience are the keys to success.
